By signing this release contract I am consenting to the use of my dog(s) pictures being used for the purposes of social media, website or other marketing materials by Paws Perfect.

Paws Perfect agrees that no personal details shall be used, only the dog's name to insure confidentiality.

Where possible, picture will be watermarked to prevent copying.
